Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(32)

Annex 6 is to be read as if— in Part 4— in point 1, in the definition of “Vproc”, “Union or” were omitted; point 3.1 were omitted; in Part 5, in entry 1 of the table, in the first column, after “defined in” there were inserted “ the third entry of Table 1 in ”; in Part 6, in point 2.1(c), after “furans” there were inserted “ and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ”, but only in the case of particular plants where the regulator can demonstrate that emissions of those additional substances are, or are likely to be, significant.
