Schedule 1A, paragraph 9(10)

Article 11(2)(a) is to be read as if— “Community or” were omitted; for “Directives 76/464/EEC , 80/68/EEC and 2000/60/EC” there were substituted “ the EU-derived domestic legislation which transposed Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of England and Wales ”.
