Article 12 is to be read as if— in paragraph 4, “or Community” were omitted; in paragraph 5, in the words before point (a)— for “Community legislation” there were substituted “assimilated law”; for “Directives 76/464/EEC, 80/68/EEC and 2000/60/EC” there were substituted “ the EU-derived domestic legislation which transposed Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of England and Wales ”.
