Schedule 23, Part 6, paragraph 10

Reference to the relevant standard conditions in Sections 1 to 3 of this Part, means in respect of the exemption provided for in— paragraph 3(1)(a), the conditions in paragraphs 11 and 12; paragraph 4(6), 4(7) or 7(3), the conditions in paragraphs 11, 12 and 14; paragraph 8(1)(a), the conditions in paragraphs 11 and 13. A condition in paragraph 11, 12 or 13 does not apply in respect of an exemption in Section 2 or 3 of this Part unless that condition is a relevant condition in respect of that exemption.
