Schedule 23, Part 6, paragraph 10(1)

Reference to the relevant standard conditions in Sections 1 to 3 of this Part, means in respect of the exemption provided for in— paragraph 3(1)(a), the conditions in paragraphs 11 and 12; paragraph 4(6), 4(7) or 7(3), the conditions in paragraphs 11, 12 and 14; paragraph 8(1)(a), the conditions in paragraphs 11 and 13.
