Schedule 25, Part 1, paragraph 8(1)

Where the regulator considers that an unauthorised flood risk activity is being or has been carried on, it may serve a remediation notice on the operator, owner or occupier of the premises or any other person responsible for the unauthorised flood risk activity (“A”).
