Schedule 25, Part 1, paragraph 8(2)

The remediation notice must— state the regulator's view under sub-paragraph (1); specify the steps that must be taken by A; specify the period within which those steps must be taken; set out the rights of appeal that A has under regulation 31(1)(f).
