Schedule 25, Part 1, paragraph 8(3)

Steps that may be specified in the remediation notice include steps— to cease carrying on the activity; to carry on the activity in a particular manner; to remove or reduce flood risk; to remedy detrimental impact on drainage; to remedy harm to the environment; to restore the main river to its previous condition or a condition otherwise specified in the notice.
