In section 41A of the Clean Air Act 1993 — in subsection (2)(c), for “paragraph 7 of Schedule 2” substitute “ paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 ”; in subsection (4), in the definition of “the Environmental Permitting Regulations”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
