Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 12

In paragraph 5(ia) of Schedule 2 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
