In section 30(5) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 — in the words before paragraph (a), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”; in paragraph (b), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
