In section 5(5)(c) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
