In the Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991 — in the heading before paragraph 10C of the Schedule , for “Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in paragraph 10C(1) of the Schedule, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
