Schedule 29, Part 1, paragraph 8

The Water Industry Act 1991 is amended as follows. In section 117(5)(a) , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675)” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”. In section 138(1B)(a) , in the words after sub-paragraph (ii), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
