In regulation 2 of the End-of-Life Vehicles Regulations 2003 , in the definition of “authorised treatment facility”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
