In Schedule 3 to the Weighing Equipment (Automatic Catchweighing Instruments) Regulations 2003 , under “Definition of waste”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
