In paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 , at sub-paragraph 3(g) of the table, in paragraph (ii) of column 2— for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; for “paragraph 5(2)(b), (2)(c) or (4)” substitute “ paragraph 11(2)(b), (2)(c) or (4) ”.
