Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 39

The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 are amended as follows. In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “environmental permit”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 1(2)(m) of Schedule 1, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
