In article 2 of the South Hook Combined Heat and Power Plant Order 2014 , in the definition of “the Environmental Permitting Regulations”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
