Schedule 29, Part 2, paragraph 72

The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014 is amended as follows. In article 20(7), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”. In paragraph 102(a) of Part 11 of Schedule 9, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
