In Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 — in section L.3 of Part 7, in the definitions of “waste management facility” and “waste operation”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in section N.1 of Part 17, in the definition of “groundwater”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
