In regulation 2(1) of the Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015 , in the definition of “anaerobic digestion”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
