Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 10

The sorting of one type of relevant waste from one or more other types of relevant waste. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste stored at any one time does not exceed 10 tonnes, the total quantity of waste treated over any 7-day period does not exceed 10 tonnes, and the waste is stored in a secure place.
