Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 9(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 1,000 tonnes, within the limit in paragraph (a), the total quantity of any cables stored or treated does not exceed 50 tonnes, no waste is stored for longer than 24 months, the recovery is carried on at a location with sealed drainage, and the height of any pile or stack of waste does not exceed 5 metres.
