Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 16(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated or stored at any one time does not exceed 150 tonnes, and the treatment is carried on— indoors; at a location with sealed drainage.
