Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 26(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste treated over any 12-month period does not exceed 6 tonnes, and the treatment results in a stable sanitised vermicompost that can be applied to land for the benefit of agriculture or to improve the soil structure or nutrients in land.
