Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 3, paragraph 27

The treatment of used organophosphate sheep dip consisting of relevant waste for the purposes of its disposal. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— total quantity of waste treated or stored over any 24-hour period does not exceed 8,000 litres, the waste is treated using organophosphate-degrading enzyme in accordance with the enzyme manufacturer's instructions, the treatment and storage are carried on at the place of production, and the treatment is carried on in a secure container located within a drain pen or in a secure sheep dip bath. In this paragraph, “drain pen” means an impermeable area draining back to the sheep dip bath where newly-dipped sheep are held while they continue to drip.
