Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 4, paragraph 6(4)

The requirements in this sub-paragraph are— the small waste incineration plant has a capacity of less than 50kg per hour and a net rated thermal input of less than 0.4 megawatts, and where it is used together with other small waste incineration plants (whether or not it is operated simultaneously with such other small waste incineration plants), the aggregate net rated thermal input of all the small waste incineration plants is less than 0.4 megawatts.
