Schedule 3, Part 1, Chapter 4, paragraph 7

The burning of relevant waste on open land. The table specifying relevant waste for the purposes of this paragraph is set out below. For the purposes of this paragraph, the specific conditions are that— the total quantity of waste burned over any period of 24 hours does not exceed 10 tonnes, the total quantity of waste stored at any one time does not exceed 20 tonnes, and no waste is stored for longer than 6 months.
