Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 17(2)

The regulator must— notify the applicant or, for a regulator-initiated variation, the operator of— its determination or decision, the rights of appeal the applicant or operator has under regulation 31, and the requirements relating to the exercise of those rights in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 6, and if paragraph 10 applies, notify the appropriate authority of the determination or decision.
