Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 17(2A)

Where paragraph 10 applies to an application or regulator-initiated variation relating to an installation described in paragraph 10(5), the regulator must— notify the authorities of the member State consulted in accordance with paragraph 10(2A)(a) of the determination or decision, and provide those authorities with the information described in Article 24(2) of the Industrial Emission Directive.
