Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 8(1)

If this paragraph applies, the regulator must notify the operator— that the public participation procedures in sub-paragraph (2) apply, of the variation it proposes to the environmental permit, and of any fee prescribed in respect of this paragraph in a charging scheme made by the regulator under section 41 of the 1995 Act or by the appropriate authority under regulation 66.
