Section 6(2)

Where a port health authority has been constituted for a port health district by an order under section 2 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 that authority is the local authority for the area covered by that district in relation to a Part B installation, a small waste incineration plant or a solvent emission activity.
