In the Schedule to the Marine Licensing (Application Fees) Regulations 2014 (application bands and maximum fees (“CAPS”)) , in paragraph 2(3), in the definition of “European site”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
