In Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Licensing (Exploration and Production) (Landward Areas) Regulations 2014 (model clauses for petroleum exploration and development licences) , in paragraph 22A (prohibition on hydraulic fracturing in protected areas in England and Wales), in sub-paragraph (2)(a)(ii), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
