In Part 3 of the Schedule to the Economic Growth (Regulatory Functions) Order 2017 (regulatory functions to which section 108 of the Deregulation Act 2015 applies) , under the heading “Agriculture”, for “Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
