In regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 (exemptions for certain types of land) , in paragraph (5), in the definition of “qualifying European site”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
