Section 76(3)

Notwithstanding the revocation in paragraph (1), Parts 1 and 2 of the 2011 Regulations continue to apply to— where, before the coming into force of these Regulations, such requests were made or the relevant planning authority or the Secretary of State, as the case may be, initiated the making or adoption of such screening opinions or screening directions. requests for a screening opinion or direction; screening opinions adopted by the relevant planning authority; and screening directions made by the Secretary of State;
