Section 76(4)

In this regulation— “the 2011 Regulations” means the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 ; and “environmental statement”, “scoping direction”, “scoping opinion”, “screening direction and “screening opinion” have the meanings given by regulation 2 of the 2011 Regulations.
