Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 19(8)

Section 169 of the Act (investigations etc. in support of overseas regulator) applies as if— subsection (2A) were omitted; for subsection (13) there were substituted— “Overseas regulator” means an authority in a country or territory outside the United Kingdom which has functions corresponding to those of the FCA or the PRA under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 or with respect to Article 28 of the markets in financial instruments regulation.
