Schedule 3, paragraph 6(2)

In article 2 (qualifying EU provisions: general)— after paragraph (2)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation; in paragraph (5) for “2A(6)(d)” substitute “2AB(3)(d)”. after paragraph (6)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation; after paragraph (8)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation;
