Schedule 3, paragraph 6(3)

In article 3 (qualifying EU provisions: disciplinary measures)— after paragraph (2)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation; in paragraph (3)(a) after “directive” insert “ or the markets in financial instruments regulation ”.
