In article 4 (qualifying EU provisions etc: recognised investment exchanges and clearing houses)— after paragraph (3)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation; after paragraph (5)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation; after paragraph (7)(a) insert— the markets in financial instruments regulation and any directly applicable EU regulation made under that regulation;
