In regulation 16 (application to become an authorised electronic money institution where a financial limit is exceeded)— for the heading substitute “ application for authorisation if requirements cease to be met ”; for “referred to in regulation 8(2)(c) or (d) (as applied by regulation 15)”, substitute “ in regulation 13(3), (4), (8) or (9) ”.
