Schedule 8, Part 2, paragraph 5(13)

In regulation 20 (safeguarding requirements)— after paragraph (2) insert— An electronic money institution may safeguard certain relevant funds in accordance with regulation 21 and the remaining relevant funds in accordance with regulation 22. in paragraph (6) for “Regulation 19 of the Payment Services Regulations 2009” substitute “ Regulation 23 of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 ”.
