Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 6

In the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 — in article 2(1)— for “Payment Services Regulations 2009” in each place it appears substitute “ Payment Services Regulations 2017 ”; in the appropriate place, insert— “registered account information service provider” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Payment Services Regulations 2017; in article 4(1)(d)(xv)— after “an authorised payment institution” insert “ , a registered account information service provider ”; for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”.
