In regulation 2(1)(b) of the Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998 (interpretation) , in the definition of “insolvency event” for “regulation 19(15) of the Payment Services Regulations 2009” substitute “ regulation 23(18) of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 ”.
