Section 57C(2)

The Secretary of State may direct a harbour authority to take such steps as are reasonably practicable to secure that a ship mentioned in paragraph (1)— proceeds to or enters a port specified in the direction, leaves a port specified in the direction, proceeds to a place specified in the direction, or remains where it is.
