The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

The prohibitions specified in paragraphs (1B), (1C) and (1D) do not apply to, or in relation to, any goods mentioned in any of those paragraphs which are— consigned from Russia before 21st April 2023; and imported into the United Kingdom before 21st May 2023.
