The prohibitions specified in this paragraph are those set out in— as they apply in relation to goods specified in Part 3 of Schedule 3B (iron and steel products). regulation 46D (import of iron and steel products); regulation 46G(1)(a) (technical assistance relating to iron and steels products); regulation 46H(1)(a) (financial services and funds relating to iron and steel products); regulation 46I(1) (brokering services relating to iron and steel products), to the extent that prohibition applies to an arrangement described in regulation 46H(1)(a),
